Realy Gujaratis can add their taste of essence in any food let it be from any place of the land. what i tasted is surti kema, What I always have kima is in very regular fashion. Surti kema is almost the same as our regular one but what it gets differ from is the having a feel of eating it as a Gujarati egg sabji.
What I was not happy with was the amount of oil he uses to cook. One Peace Of advice i will like to share is whenever you visit there instruct him to use less oil if you are like me who don’t like too much oily food. This place is near zydus hospital, S.G highway.
