I found something which I have never had and a kind of same flavor with new name i suppose. All of us might had various types of rice, This was Chinese rice and another thing is Lung Fung, Mind well its a pure vegetarian dish(It sound not by the name but it is.
Chinese rice was kind of typical chatpata taste and had that flavors of rice with it. The more interesting thing was Lung Fung. It was flat Manchurian or more tikkis i must say fried and cooked in gravy with garnish of uncut long red chili and coriander. The most confusing thing for me was that how and with what to have it with. And the solution i found out was to mix lung fung with Chinese rice.
Talking about the restaurant the service and the space was good as it was the only restaurant which was clean and managed near the minimal radius of triveni ghat in rishikesh.
